Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs, including e-learning and in-person sessions, tailored to each team.
This position will be accountable for the development, planning and successful delivery of an organisational programme of core, specialist and professional learning and development initiatives that meet operational requirements to ensure that all colleagues are suitably qualified, competent and skilled to undertake their roles.
