The role:
We're looking for a creative and experienced Learning Solutions Specialist, working for a large UK training provider tolead on the design, development, and management of new and existing learning programmes.
Essentially, you will create high-quality learning resources that align with their mission to equip clients with the skills they need to succeed. You will be the go-to-person on curriculum design and content writing, ensuring programmes meet the highest standards in education, including Ofsted requirements and the ESFA Apprenticeship Accountability Framework.
What you'll be doing?
- Design and develop learning resources that meet the clients needs. This will be apprenticeships, short courses and training masterclasses across Professional Services.
- Once the resources have been written up, you will then work closely with the Instructional Design team to see your work come to life.
- Create and maintain compliant learning plans.
- Continuously improve programmes based on stakeholder feedback, targeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as QAR, NPS, and EPA achievement rates.
- Collaborate with SME's to develop engaging masterclasses and digital learning content.
- Ensure wider learning themes, such as Safeguarding, Prevent, Maths, and English, are embedded into the curriculum.
- Provide product support to the sales team when needed.
- Stay updated on changes to apprenticeship standards.

What you need?
- Qualification within L&D/Training etc. (TAP.cert/AET/PGCE etc)
- Prior experience working within the education/training sector
- Experience in designing and developing apprenticeships, short courses, and digital learning content.
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted requirements & the Education Inspection Framework (EIF)
