Digital Learning Specialist

We are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity on our Training and Development Team. Reporting to a Training and Development Business Partner, your key focus will be developing and producing high quality digital learning resources and working collaboratively with both colleagues and external parties to ensure digital learning is produced to a high standard. You will be managing the learning technology, including the LMS, and supporting the team to confidently use the systems and tools.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously evolving and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve engagement for learners.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, sponsors and the Training Business Partners to develop and deliver innovative digital learning resources.
  • Reviewing and improving the current suite of digital learning modules, applying instructional design and the latest technology and gamification theory to enhance engagement in learning.
  • Working with the Training and Development Manager and Training Business Partners to source, implement and manage a learning library for use across the organisation.
  • Develop and enhance reporting capabilities, working closely with the Training and Development Assistant to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Integrating measurable metrics into all solutions to analyze outcomes and generate clear reports.

Person Specification

The perfect candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of instructional design, along with proven skills in design and delivery within a training environment. Proficiency and experience with eLearning authoring tools is essential, and familiarity with Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, or Vyond would be advantageous. Prior experience in financial services and working in a regulated environment is required. You must have a strong passion for learning with outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. Presentation and facilitation experience is also crucial. You should be an excellent team player, with a collaborative and collegiate approach with a focus on delivery.

The role is based in our central London office, working a minimum of two days a week in the office and three days a week from home.
