Are you passionate about training and development? Do you have excellent communication skills and a knack for engaging learners? Our client, an independent and market-leading organisation, is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team in Redhill, Surrey.

Role Overview:

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing, organising, and conducting training programmes for our client's employees. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, utilising your strong presentation skills to break down complex concepts and support learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective induction programmes and be a trusted contact for new employees.
  • Manage an online Learning Management System to assist in the delivery and reporting of training.
  • Identify training needs, create training plans, and develop materials to enhance product knowledge and skills.
  • Utilise coaching approaches to enhance staff performance and support individual development goals.
  • Develop and maintain training in line with regulations and company processes.
  • Follow up on training programmes and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
  • Maintain a high level of personal presentation and adhere to company policies.
  • Actively participate in team and staff meetings.
