If so, we have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our Talent and Organisation Development team, based at our Hillarys head office in Nottingham.

We take pride in our fantastic Learning and Development opportunities at Hillarys, and you will be instrumental in ensuring each delegate has a great learning experience whether it is in person or virtually. You'll be passionate about delivering inspiring learning programs and workshops so you'll need previous experience of delivering training courses and the ability to inspire high performance in others. Hillarys are part of Hunter Douglas Group of Companies, who are the global market leader in window dressings & coverings, so there will be potential opportunity to support global learning initiatives as part of this role.

Interested? As the Learning & Development Partner here's what you'll be doing:

  • Contribute to design and delivery. Your creative input will be crucial in shaping our learning and development calendar and performance programs. Be at the forefront of content creation, introducing new and exciting topics to our annual learning initiatives
  • Training Needs Analysis. Have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis across the business. Develop tailored training programs that empower our colleagues to reach their full potential.
  • Content Delivery. Take the stage! Deliver pre-designed L&D content with confidence, adapting to varying levels of colleagues around the business
  • Reporting, Analysing and Administration. Manage the administrative side of learning and development with finesse. Oversee reporting and analysis, record statistics and ensure the smooth operation of our learning management system

Here's what we're looking for:

  • A minimum of two years in Learning and Development. We're not looking for any specific qualifications, so if you're qualified by experience we still want to hear from you!
  • Qualified in six-sigma is desirable
  • SDI, Insights and or Thomas International facilitator is desirable
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Confident and comfortable at presenting
  • Strong planning skills, effectively prioritising tasks and managing time
  • Demonstrate assertiveness with the ability to push back when necessary
  • Comfortable using a learning management system
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience in developing an early careers learning programme (desirable)
