Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning and development programmes that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored programmes to address these needs.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to ensure training programmes meet desired outcomes.
- Implement learning strategies and initiatives that foster continuous learning and professional development.
- Leverage technology and innovative learning methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and make necessary improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all training programmes.
Qualifications:
- Significant learning and development experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Language skills is a distinct plus
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programmes that drive organisational performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Familiarity with various learning technologies and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification in learning and development or a related field is highly desirable.
