Are you an experienced and passionate law and criminology professional looking to inspire the next generation of Solicitors, Lawyers, Barristers and more?
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Crawley by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.
