We are recruiting a Housing Management Worker to join a National Housing Charity in Birmingham, providing direct support to tenants, managing tenancies, and ensuring safe and suitable living conditions.
THE ROLE
As a Housing Management Worker, you will play a key role in supporting tenants to maintain their tenancy and access necessary services.
You will be responsible for the management of tenancies and duties that include: completing support plans and risk assessments for residents, monitoring rent accounts, and re-letting our void units, as well as providing day-to-day housing support to customers.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to manage and provide intensive housing management support at one of our Independent Living Schemes in Cambridge.

As a Housing Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring that tenancies are sustained in a positive and supportive manner.
You will work closely with residents to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain the overall wellbeing of our communities.
Key Responsibilities
Tenancy Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring all tenancies are compliant with legal requirements and internal policies.
Responsible for the operational support management and effective delivery of multi-disciplinary services within Housing.
Equivalent CIH L3 in Housing, or higher in housing
Provide high quality management to support staff, empowering them to support residents to make positive changes and informed choices moving towards independent living.
