Responsible for the operational support management and effective delivery of multi-disciplinary services within Housing. Provide high quality management to support staff, empowering them to support residents to make positive changes and informed choices moving towards independent living.
Essential Requirements
Equivalent CIH L3 in Housing, or higher in housing
Significant management experience working in Housing, support services, or working with young people
Demonstrable knowledge base regarding relevant legislation and resulting practice/procedure issues in Housing or support services
Experience of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other agencies and professions
Demonstrable experience in collating, analysing and reporting data from a range of sources and making recommendations for performance improvement.
Experience of demonstrating compliance for external regulatory inspections and/or accreditations
