Our client requires a Helpdesk/IT support Engineer with 2/3-year prior experience to join a 6 strong IT team based at their Bradford head office, looking after a variety of IT Hardware, Software and a user base of 200 at multiple sites based around the UK.
The Helpdesk/IT Support Engineer will report to the IT Manager & Network Manager.
The engineer is tasked with providing optimal value to our business by providing IT support at the first and second line for their head office & sites around the UK.
Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Technician to join the expanding team.
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
This role will oversee the day to day general IT enquiries coming into the department, setting up new equipment and support the IT Manager with new projects.
Be responsible for 2nd Line support, both in person and remotely via MS Teams, telephone, and remote access tools.

We are now looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to handle escalations from the Service Desk Team.
You will be collaborating with third parties to resolve issues, standardise, and automate processes, and formalising procedures for efficient service delivery.
