We have partnered with an organisation who are looking to appoint an HR Manager on a part-time (3 days pw) permanent basis.
You will be responsible for line managing members of the HR team, including carrying out PDR's, probations and supporting development, working closely with line managers to provide coaching and guidance in line with company policies and HR best practice and support through any changes, and take responsibility for ER cases when required.
