Human Resources Manager - Part-Time

Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Oxford, with parking and flexible hybrid workijng
Salary: £50,000 FTE (£30,000 pro rata) plus benefits
Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days per week)

About the Role:

We are delighted to be working with a leading national organsiation, in their search for a dedicated Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organisation
  • Policy Development: Lead the enhancement of HR policies, ensuring they align with best practices and organisational goals.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation systems and provide guidance to managers.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the HR departmental budget.

Person Specification:

  • Proven HR management experience (minimum two years of managerial experience).
  • Current knowledge of Employment Law and trends.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills and a positive attitude.
  • Solution-oriented approach and commitment to HR principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license.
