Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an organisation in the centre of Oxford on the recruitment of a full time and permanent HR Officer. This position will sit in a team of 2 in HR, supporting an employee base of around 70 people.
The role of HR Officer is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience of day-to-day operational HR support, and looking for a role where they can have autonomy over their disciplines and develop, learn and grow.
Our client adopts a hybrid working model which would require you on site in the city centre office for 3 days per week.
Responsibilities of the HR Officer include but will not be limited to:
- Providing a wide range of HR & People advice and guidance to employees.
- Supporting managers in the business with all HR processes and policies.
- Day to day operational HR tasks including managing the issuing of employment contracts, coordinating new starter processes, probationary reviews, etc.
- Overseeing training, learning & development goals of the business and supporting on the design and delivery of projects in this space.
- Preparing HR management information to identify and analyse trends.
Your Profile:
- Prior experience working in a HR Administrator/Officer position.
- Good working knowledge of standard HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage data.
- Strong people and relationship building skills.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £26-30k plus benefits including 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, pensions contribution, cycle to work scheme, EAP scheme, life assurance and more.
