Your new role

  • Drafting job adverts, arranging interviews and managing offer letters.
  • Ensure all Visa applications are conducted in accordance to regulations.
  • Managing the administration of the full recruitment process.
  • Ensure HR and Payroll data is kept accurate and up to date.
  • Completing all payroll changes within deadlines.
  • Planning and implementing new starter inductions.
  • Managing employee relations casework relating to discipline, performance and other related issues.
  • Improving processes and procedures and ensuring they are efficient and complied with.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Possession of Level 5 CIPD or equivalent experience.
  • Discretion dealing with confidential matters.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Organised and able to prioritise work load.
