Your new role
- Drafting job adverts, arranging interviews and managing offer letters.
- Ensure all Visa applications are conducted in accordance to regulations.
- Managing the administration of the full recruitment process.
- Ensure HR and Payroll data is kept accurate and up to date.
- Completing all payroll changes within deadlines.
- Planning and implementing new starter inductions.
- Managing employee relations casework relating to discipline, performance and other related issues.
- Improving processes and procedures and ensuring they are efficient and complied with.
What you'll need to succeed
- Possession of Level 5 CIPD or equivalent experience.
- Discretion dealing with confidential matters.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Organised and able to prioritise work load.
