Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with a wide variety of clients, ensuring that your knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated. You will take ownership of cases, leading them to resolution whilst building rapport with clients on each interaction. Your ability to review client documentation accurately, provide bespoke supporting information, and offer recommendations for other services will be key to your success in this role.
