Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with one of our fast-growing clients to appoint a HR Advisor to join their people team on a full time, permanent basis at their site in Wetherby.
As a HR Advisor, you will report into and work closely with the Head of HR supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function. This includes managing the employee life cycle, supporting with Employee Relations issues and building relationship with key stakeholders.
As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and coaching managers on ER related issues including disciplinaries, investigations and performance management
- Supporting with recruitment and selection
- Conduct the first day HR induction for new starters
- Leading on project work such as TUPE in and out
- Support and coach Managers and Supervisors with completing the annual appraisal process and support staff with completion of the process in partner departments
- Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
- Managing the full employee life cycle
