Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an attractive salary of up to £40k, dependent on experience, and is based in the vibrant Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will provide HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse range of clients across various sectors. This role requires a strong commitment to providing legally compliant solutions via telephone and email, while also highlighting any non-compliant commercial options and associated risks.

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be at the forefront of providing expert HR and Employment Law advice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with a wide variety of clients, ensuring that your knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated. You will take ownership of cases, leading them to resolution whilst building rapport with clients on each interaction. Your ability to review client documentation accurately, provide bespoke supporting information, and offer recommendations for other services will be key to your success in this role.
- Continually update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law
- Achieve eight measured set performance aims to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set SLAs
- Provide clients with bespoke supporting information/documentation to assist them in implementing the solutions provided
- Review client documentation and provide advice, accordingly, taking their applicable internal terms and conditions into account in each case
- Undertake and report on client visits as required by the Advisory Service Managers
- Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable to ensure high-quality handovers
- Offer the clients options regarding utilisation of other products and services we provide and make such recommendations accordingly
- Actively seek and encourage client feedback by various methods and promote and improve our online reputation
