Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with a wide variety of clients, ensuring that your knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated. You will take ownership of cases, leading them to resolution whilst building rapport with clients on each interaction. Your ability to review client documentation accurately, provide bespoke supporting information, and offer recommendations for other services will be key to your success in this role. The HR Advisor will deputise for the Head of HR, in overseeing the day-to-day operational admin team, ensure the smooth onboarding of new starters and employee queries. Client Details Our client is a leading player in the natural resources sector, boasting a robust team of over 2000 dedicated employees. Description Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues within the Sales, CS, and Operations teams. Handle disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Coach and mentor first line managers in Mediate and resolve conflicts, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment. Leadership and Management: Deputise for the Head of HR as required, attending meetings and making decisions in their absence. Regularly monitor key HR metrics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR processes and outcomes Profile Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred. Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, preferably within a fast paced PE backed business. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to tasks and priorities. Experience in managing HR projects and delivering training programs.
