We are seeking a School Business Manager (SBM) to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of our school's financial and non-teaching operations.
The SBM will work closely with the Head to ensure the school's services are continuously improving and that all financial and non-teaching aspects run efficiently and effectively.
Day to Day of the role
Lead on finance, estates management, whole-school administration, and health and safety in collaboration with the Head.
Proactive engagement through wirtten, verbal and digital media will be and important aspect of the role to deliver high quality customer service to customers both internally and externally.
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) will take the lead in handling all contact on behalf of Surrey Highways including but not limited to enquiries, complaints and Freedom of Information requests and ensuring accurate record keeping.
Work Context
The Highways & Transport service within the Directorate is responsible for ensuring the effective management, maintenance and improvement of all highway and transport assets.
You will support the management of effective delivery of the clients' major repairs programme and investment projects by undertaking a wide range duties to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

You are required to have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes, with a full UK driving licence.
