My client is urgently searching for an Administrator to join their busy Customer Service team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Dealing with all department calls, answering queries and prioritising urgency of requests
- Liaising continuously with all members of the team to ensure accurate and efficient service
- Manage the departments diary, ensuring maximum productivity of the team
- Communicate to the team any changes or ongoing issues that may arise during the course of the day
The successful candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Proficient in use of MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage
- Strong administrative skills
- Detail orientated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
