Key Responsibilities
Lead on Employee Relation matters.
Provide expert and confident advice and guidance on ER matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional who has a passion for systems and processes.
The HR Systems Manager will work as part of the HR team and will be responsible for the management and ongoing implementation of the HR and Payroll systems, across the HR, Workforce Management, and Payroll functions.
There has been significant investment in both internal and external HR systems to support the growth within the group.
