Identify, recommend, implement and evaluate a range of sustainable solutions to resolve organisational problems in respect of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Support the design of and manage value for money executive level resourcing activities which are business focused and of high quality, attracting the widest and most appropriate (in terms of talent) potential pool of applicants.
Lead on the design and delivery of projects/programmes associated with the above.
To provide expertise and support with recruitment and talent acquisition activities within directorates and across the council, including all elements of strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategies.

Working Arrangements: This is a hybrid role, with requirement to attend the office on average once a week.
