This is a full time office based role located in the Birmingham area.

- Ensure the regulations are up to date and followed at all times.
- Update recruitment procedures
- Communicate with other departments in order to keep up with new recruitment structures
- Deal with recruitment enquiries
- Produce performance reports
To be considered for the Senior Recruiter Role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a recruitment role
- Have an understanding of recruitment systems
- Knowledge of employment law
- CIPD level 3 qualified
- Experience with dealing with enquiries both via telephone and email
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Amazing Benefits of the Senior Recruiter Role:
- £16.40 Per hour
- Basic hours are 9 am to 5 pm on site (may change due to company needs)
- Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Up to £5k annual incentive pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period

- 3% annual increase per year on completion from your start date of service and on meeting KPIs
