Senior HR Consultant (Recruitment)

£25 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract ( 4 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior HR Manager in Consultant . This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Identify, recommend, implement and evaluate a range of sustainable solutions to resolve organisational problems in respect of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Support the design of and manage value for money executive level resourcing activities which are business focused and of high quality, attracting the widest and most appropriate
- Work proactively to attract, source and recruit to a range of executive and hard to fill roles
- Develop strong working relationships with, and understanding of, the business, ensuring the provision of specialist advice, guidance and support to managers and other key stakeholders on recruitment and talent acquisition approaches
- Seek candidate feedback at different stages of the employee lifecycle (eg, recruitment induction, exit)
The candidate:
- Experience as a service leader in a public sector organisation
- Experience dealing with HR issues in a similar capacity is essential
- A sound understanding of employment law and HR/OD best practice in respect of recruitment
