This well known London based organisation is currently looking to recruit a Senior Executive Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. The role is a hands-on position playing a key role in the full life cycle of senior/Executive recruitment for the organisation.

Description

The Senior Executive Recruitment Co-Ordinator will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for:

  • Delivering a first class recruitment life cycle process for Executive and Senior Management recruitment, including talent mapping, market mapping, identifying talent, recruitment strategy, offer management
  • Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition with the production of data-driven insights to influence business strategy
  • Ensure the success of talent management and succession planning through targeted campaigns and the building of talent pipelines for business critical roles.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external networks with relevant industry contacts and suppliers.

Profile

The successful Senior Executive Recruitment Co-Ordinator will have a large company background and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in recruiting at Executive and Senior Management level in an in-house role.

You will need to be able to show strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and have an ability to adapt to different markets.

Experience of search and headhunting is essential, as is previous history of talent mapping for an organisation. Previous use of an ATS system is vital, Taleo would be preferred, but isn't essential.

Job Offer

A competitive daily rate of £350-£400 a day dependant on previous experience, plus flexible hybrid working.
