As the Sales Support Analyst, the main purpose of your role from a business and system requirement perspective is to support the design and development of the CRM system. You will also be required to promote the testing, deployment and transition of the CRM system to streamline functionality into Department operations. As part of the role, you are also required to provide accurate and actionable reports. Responsibilities of our Sales Support Analyst Provide basic user training on new functionality and handle user queries regarding system functionality. Assists others (or guide the technical writer) in the production and maintenance of operational and user documentation including release notes. Respond to unresolved production support issues and participate in analysis and resolution on behalf of the business. Create, update and interrogate a variety of data sources to provide departmental & business reports as required. Handling and pricing sales enquiries using CRM and liaising with ASM's. Stock checks on SAP and liaising with planning to provide accurate delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked items. Customer Experience Support the role out of the survey. Communicating accurately with transport ensuring they get the order on time and in full. Process complaints, returns and credit requests efficiently. Confirm quotations in writing via CRM and updating CRM when required. Rectify loading, administration and any other issues that may occur.
