Your Mission at Elis

The Sales Business Analyst will support the sales team by providing actionable insights, analysing sales data, and developing strategies to drive sales performance and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales processes and market trends.Key Responsibilities: • Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and dashboards to senior management. • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and KPIs. • Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections. • Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Implement and manage CRM systems and sales tools to streamline operations. • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Work closely with sales and marketing, to align goals and strategies. • Provide support to the sales team by identifying customer needs and market demands. • Track and report on sales team performance and productivity. • Identify areas for training and development to enhance sales capabilities. • Assist in setting sales targets and incentive programs

What will make you stand out?

Experience: • Demonstrable experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related field. • Proven experience with sales data analysis and reporting tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools – Power BI essential • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
