Role Responsibilities:

- Uphold CRM data integrity through close collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Develop and oversee performance metrics and KPIs to cultivate success within the Commercial team.
- Contribute to forecasting sessions with Sales Leaders, offering valuable updates and perspectives.
- Compile weekly and monthly sales reports for executive review, shaping commercial strategy.
- Craft client briefs, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Oversee the assembly and presentation of monthly commission statements and quarterly reports.
- Extract and interpret data from diverse sources to generate insightful reports that guide sales strategy and facilitate executive decision-making.
- Initiate and manage changes within the Commercial division to support strategic objectives.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business landscape and market dynamics.
- Work on projects that necessitate modifications to CRM systems and reporting structures.
Candidate Profile:
- A track record of thriving in high-velocity environments, managing substantial data sets and system interfaces.
- Significant experience in roles demanding quantitative analysis, analytics, and strategic problem-solving.
- Skilled in the use of CRM platforms and BI tools for comprehensive reporting and dashboard development.
- Adept at transforming complex Big Data into actionable strategic insights.
- Confident in articulating intricate data narratives to senior management.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent), Excel, and PowerPoint.
