The Audience Development Manager Midlevel Giving will work with the Head of Public Fundraising, Head of Philanthropy and Audience Development Lead for Major Donors to develop a growth plan for mid-level giving at the National Trust; to support identifying and designing the capabilities needed to enable the growth of mid-level giving and to provide support for piloting new capabilities as they are developed.
You'll play a critical role in the Fundraising Growth programme, which will create sustainable, professional and scalable fundraising capabilities across the National Trust.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Apply understanding of project management principles to oversee complex projects and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions and the business, ensuring clear communications and sharing of information.
Communication and Leadership: Lead and present to senior stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills across all media.
You'll spend the first few months in store, learning about (and actually doing) everyone's different roles.
