Senior Marketing Campaign Executive

Posted by National Trust.

Summary

We're recruiting a Senior Marketing Campaign Executive on a fixed term contract until December 31st 2025. You'll be a vital part of our Marketing Team, helping to shape and share our story, ensuring our marketing communications resonate deeply and consistently across the organisation.

What it's like to work here

We're bigger than you think, we're more complicated than we appear and we're larger scale than you'd imagine. We've got passionate people in all our teams, and we've got so much more we want to achieve. We're for everyone, for ever, and we really mean that. We don't want to stop at 5.5 million members, and we want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy access to our places, by reaching new audiences in ways that are meaningful and relevant to them without losing the support of those already with us.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there'll be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there's flexibility on where you're based at other times. You'll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be working as part of the Marketing Delivery team leading the successful delivery of our Brand & Values project, ensuring we meet our goals on time and within budget.

Working collaboratively, you'll demonstrate leadership for your campaign, motivating and driving the team to succeed. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to shape our Values, Brand Value Proposition and People Value Proposition.

You'll be supporting both the Project Board and the Working Group, as well as working with a specialist external agency to deliver this project. You'll also be working with our internal teams to create and deliver the guidance, tools and materials for a successful launch.

Who we're looking for

You don't need to have all the knowledge, skills and experience listed; this is just to provide a full picture of what's possible in this role. But we'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • The ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience of working within a Project Management system (e.g. Workfront)
  • Proven account management experience either in-house or agency
  • Experience of managing creative, artwork and approvals at senior level
  • Knowledge of film, imagery and print production
  • Experience in managing complex schedules, budgets, and output

You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached.
