Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive legal secretarial support as part of a wider support team comprising other legal secretaries, senior legal secretaries and legal admin assistants, to a team of Fee-earners.
This role will be to assist the busy Fee Earner's in their day to day work by providing support and an efficient secretarial and administrative service.
Well established and reputable law firm with offices across Hampshire are seeking a Paralegal to work within their busy Residential Conveyancing Department.
Duties include
Assisting fee earners with residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared equity/shared ownership, new homes and part exchange.
The role will involve Probate, the preparation of Wills and Trusts and the provision of general tax advice, Trust and Estate Administration and the provision of general tax advice, the preparation of General and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Powers of Attorney and, ideally, Court of Protection work.
You'll have upwards of 2 years PQE with a background in Wills, Trust & Probate fee earning.
