Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary - Hampshire
Excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a top-ranked law firm.
Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their supportive Dispute Resolution team in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The role will involve providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of 6-8 fee earners. Duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for new client enquiries
- Diary management
- File opening including all aspects of anti money laundering compliance, file maintenance, file closures etc
- Civil litigation processes and procedures - including online filing and preparing trial bundles etc
- Secretarial work - including digital dictation, working with precedent letters etc
- Systems and procedure use and compliance, etc.
To be considered, you must be an experienced legal secretary with a background in litigation.
