Private Client Solicitor, Southampton
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a well known regional firm.
You'll have upwards of 2 years PQE with a background in Wills, Trust & Probate fee earning.
The role will involve Probate, the preparation of Wills and Trusts and the provision of general tax advice, Trust and Estate Administration and the provision of general tax advice, the preparation of General and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Powers of Attorney and, ideally, Court of Protection work.
Good communication skills are essential, as fee earners are required to communicate regularly with clients when taking instructions and giving advice. They will have previous experience in the areas above and be able to manage and prioritise their own caseload.
The ideal candidate's technical knowledge will be strong, and they will be ambitious and career minded.
