You will play a key role in building a learning culture and ensuring learning opportunities are maximised designing and delivering training and offering coaching.
You will work in partnership with the HR Business Partners and engage with stakeholders to deliver and evaluate value-add learning and development support to employees, through delivering Capability interventions in line with our business strategy, people strategy, and learning methodology.
You will deliver and evaluate induction training in an effective and engaging way to enhance the learners experience to all new starters and to ensure they are ready for their roles.
Creation of impactful, innovative solutions which meet learner needs and deliver clear business outcomes.

You'll be someone who is comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners.
You'll help deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders as you provide long term value.
