We are seeking a dynamic individual to support and enhance the online training platform across all departments for our client. The L&D Junior is a newly created position and will be responsible for editing, auditing, and uploading training materials to the online learning platform, ensuring the availability of relevant CPD content. This role demands high professional standards in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a focus on meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the online learning platform.
  • Develop learning modules and CPD courses using departmental content.
  • Audit, update, and maintain learning modules, policies, and procedures.
  • Plan and manage priorities aligned with business needs.
  • Stay current with L&D trends to keep industry-standard.
  • Ensure all learning modules reflect the latest policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify learning needs.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to optimise training strategies.
  • Convert underperforming workshops into compelling online content with the Specialist Support team.
  • Ensure all training is CPD-approved and enhance modules as needed.
