Are you a talented Learning & Development Specialist who has a generalist skill set? Are you experienced in the design, delivery and facilitation of workshops and training, taking responsibility for project management of digital interventions and administering the budget? The L&D Specialist role is the key support to the L&D Manager and works in a team of 4. Your role is to ensure that high quality solutions are deployed against the L&D strategy and communicated in an effective way to the business. Key Responsibilities: Learning Design and Delivery Development Planning Digital Learning Platforms Psychometrics, Coaching and Mentoring Induction Reporting / MI Budgeting Key Background: Strong evidence of stakeholder management experience Experience in Project Management Experience of creating and designing e-learning materials and assets Experience of facilitating team development sessions SDI qualified (desirable) British Psychological Society Level A and B (desirable) CIPD Training Certificate at Level 3 or certificate in training design and delivery Experience of managing and reporting accurately on budgets Experience in design and delivery of training sessions Good MS Office proficiency, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint If you are a tenacious, pro-active individual with an enthusiastic and inclusive approach please get in touch.
