Learning Manager - Tech Transformation

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a FTSE 100 business to help them recruit a Learning Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Based in Bristol this role offers hybrid working with a requirement to travel to Bristol twice a month. Salary is up to £60,000 +benefits.

This is a project-based role to lead and support with a major tech transformation programme where you will support the embedding of new technology and systems, including Oracle and Salesforce. With a headcount of 2000 people this is a high performing and high capability organisation who want to implement best in class learning prgrammes allowing them to achieve their goals of becoming an even greater place to work. As the Learning Manager you will report into the Senior Learning & Development Manager and have line management responsibility for a team of two software trainers.

Main Duties will include:

  • Designing, building, and delivering learning content that supports the embedding of systems, Oracle and Salesforce and associated behaviours.
  • Work closely with Change Managers to design and develop learning content for teams providing them with relevant knowledge and skills to successfully embrace them for new ways of working
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to lead the end-to-end learning cycle.
  • Drive the development of future capabilities across the organization allowing them to meet the strategic objectives of the programme.
  • Support the design and delivery of different learning methods across the organisation, ensuring all employees are supported.
  • Work with third party learning providers as and when required
  • Ability to be hands on and deliver all learning methods through strong facilitation skills.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience of leading a major tech transformation programme.
  • Experience of implementing and driving learning activities for Oracle & Salesforce as well as other comparable systems
  • Ability to build, design and evaluate L&D activities within a fast paced environment.
  • Proven experience within learning capability driving large scale behavioual change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage and challenge at all levels.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Previous line management experience
