You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Creative and agile mindset with knowledge of agile principles, practices, and methods.
  • Business acumen to understand customer needs, analyse issues, advise and/or design and deliver learning solutions.
  • Track record of functional Learning and Development engagement activities and learning operations management and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Awareness of adult learning methodology and design practices, curious to learn and research the best options to develop targeted and impactful learning products.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement drives you to identify areas for growth and continuously raise the quality to respond to customer needs and feedback.

In this role you will be working in and amongst the Procurement Governance & Capabilities team, driving important change and accelerating innovative solutions! You will also be responsible for:

  • Promote learning opportunities across the function using multiple channels like the intranet, community chat, newsletters, fire chats, and nudges.
  • Curate learning resources aligned with capability strategies to offer frequent learning opportunities.
  • Oversee all learning coordination activities, including maintaining the functional learning calendar, engaging with SMEs and vendors, managing contracts and requisitions, tracking attendance, optimizing self-serve platform access, and collecting and analysing feedback for continuous improvement and identifying emerging needs.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone, to build functional professional curriculums and provide LMS advisory to optimize the learner experience.
  • Develop and manage learning products, including product delivery, self-serve product design, and co-development with external providers.
  • Enhance and manage the functional onboarding product for a personalized and comprehensive user experience in collaboration with the Communication and Engagement team.

Location: Welwyn (Hybrid 2/3 days in office)

Salary: £263.88 - £339.27 per day (PAYE) OR £350 - £450 per day (UMB)

Full Time

10 Month Contract - Inside IR35
