IT Support Technician / Second Line Helpdesk Engineer who has previous experience in resolving 2nd Line Technical Support requests with good problem-solving / troubleshooting technical skills is required for a busy service desk with a well-established Global Brand based in Egham, Surrey.
ITSM Consultant - £77k (SACM / CMDB / Asset control) - London - 2-3 days onsite per week (Portsmouth or London Locations)
Key Skills: ITIL, ITSM, Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, CMDB setup, leading CAB review meetings.
You will be responsible for developing and owning the relationships between the Change and Asset & Configuration Management team and the Service owners, whilst ensuring the Change and Asset & Configuration Management Process and CMDB are fit for purpose with integrated dependencies, used in a compliant manner, and maintained as the single source of truth in relation to the standard operating model.
