The Role:
We seek a motivated IT Support Engineer to provide 1st line support, ensuring smooth operations across our global network. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support to internal users across our global offices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support when necessary.
- Document and track all support requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Assist with user account management and IT on-boarding for new hires.
- Collaborate with a dynamic IT team to ensure seamless IT operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on 1st line support.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
