We are a currently partnered with a financial services firm located in the vibrant West End of London, who are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across the firm.

IT Support Engineer / IT Technical Service Desk Technician who has excellent troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills with a solid technical background covering Second Line Support with some Third Line (although this is not a full blown Third Line Support role) is required for a busy Helpdesk and deskside project work with an IT Company based in London.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supporting, installing and troubleshooting IT Networks both remotely and onsite covering Routers, Switches, Hubs, Firewalls, LAN / WAN etc.
(The offices are a few minutes' walk from Holborn Station).
With at least 6 months experience within an IT Support role, you will be responsible for providing IT Support (windows desktop & server environment, MS Office, networking, IT peripherals) for a small but expanding team.
