A leading international firm based in the heart of the city is seeking a new IT Support Specialist to work directly under the London IT Support Manager.

IT Support Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1st and 2nd line technical support for all office users.
- Support and troubleshoot both computer and telecommunications-related issues: software, hardware, network devices, printers, and smartphones.

- Imaging and deploying machines.
- Mobility support
- Assist with training system users as required on all aspects of computer Technology.
- Participate in monthly, after-hours, on-call rotation for assigned offices and other international offices.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory.
IT Support Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 2 years' IT experience within a Law Firm.
- Good knowledge of PC Hardware and Software – Windows Operating System 10 and MS Office 2016 & M365
- Smartphone devices (Android, Apple & BlackBerry)
