Joining a fantastic SME professional services firm, the new HR Advisor will play a key role supporting the HR Director in delivering a full HR service across the organisation and have responsibilities including supporting and advising managers on employee relations cases (escalating where necessary), updating and writing policies and procedures, assisting with recruitment process and campaigns, managing the HR system and records, writing/enhancing the employee handbook.
