One of my fantastic long standing clients is looking to recruit a HR Operation's Generalist on an initial 6 month contract to support my client during their busy period. This role may have the potential to go longer than 6 months but this will depend on business need. This role will support with the HR operations for a busy HR team. This will be a diverse role where no 2 days will be the same. 5 shorter days may be considered for this role.
Your new role
- Employee lifecycle support- Onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, offers, internal moves, promotions, holiday calculations and queries, maternity and paternity requests.
- HRIS maintenance (workday)
- HR projects including HR data projects
- Benefit coordination and upkeep, including speaking to brokers, liaising with payroll and answering queries.
- Assist with L&D, including working with providers and the in house team
- Project work on employee wellbeing initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
I am looking to speak to proven HR professionals who are skilled in HR operations. You will be able to work in a very busy environment with a high degree of accuracy. You will be able to follow process and be able to communicate with numerous stakeholders.
