HR Advisor: Permanent Job Opportunity, Surrey. Hybrid working on offer. £38,000-£41,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join an established and reputable organisation in Dorking. This organisation is market leading in their industry and are extremely proud of their culture and values. As the HR Advisor you will report into the Senior HR Manager and will work as part of a close nit and dynamic team. This newly created role is pivotal in delivering operational HR support across the UK business, serving approximately 700 employees. You will provide advice and guidance covering the full generalist remit. Such duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Reviewing and updating company policies, guidelines and processes and ensuring they are inline with current employment legislation.
- Providing advice and guidance to management and employees relating to employee relations matters (investigations, disciplinary, grievances)
- Support activities during all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Assist the Senior Recruitment Executive with the recruitment and selection process.
- Support HR process management - to include performance management and pay reviews
- Work with the HR Assistant to create relevant HR metrics and analytical data and communicate this information with relevant stakeholders
- Working in collaboration with the Senior HR Manager with Various HR projects
This is a fast-paced and changing environment, where it is essential to focus on excellent delivery and service. If you have a solid background as a HR generalist with strong employee relations experience and project management this will be of great interest to my client. You must be able to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, be adaptable to people and the working environment and be a highly motivated individual with the willingness to get involved in all tasks. CIPD qualification would be desirable.
