A HR Business Partner is needed to provide invaluable support and expertise within a well-established Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading on projects (specifically TUPE) and BAU duties across this values-driven Not For Profit organisation.
The organisation is a renowned charity with a significant workforce of more than 3000 employees.

NHS or Local Authority experience required
To build positive and constructive working relationships working with the Directors, Deputy and Associate Directors, ensuring HR functions are delivered effectively within the designated region.
To build positive and constructive working relationship with corporate colleagues and teams to support the operational services.
HR Advisor with previous experience in an equivalent Human Resources role, excellent communication, organisation and people skills, who ideally is CIPD qualified and/or is experienced in providing employee relations advice, is required for a well-established company based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
Occasional travel to other business premises is required, this may involve the occasional overnight stay.
Key Requirement: A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential to this role.
