A HR Business Partner is needed to provide invaluable support and expertise within a well-established Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading on projects (specifically TUPE) and BAU duties across this values-driven Not For Profit organisation.

Description
The key focus of this role is to drive HR Projects, specifically a TUPE.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Drive HR prjects, along with HRBP BAU duties.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Profile
A successful People Business Partner should have:
- Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advsior.
- TUPE experience is essential.
- People-oriented and results-driven demonstrable experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK labour law.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Job Offer
- £48,000 - £50,000
