Description As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Collaborating with various stakeholders to address HR-related issues and initiatives. Profile HR Advisor Requirements: Previous experience within the industrial industry Previous experience with complex ER cases Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Strong organizationalorganizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
