Description
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to address HR-related issues and initiatives.
Profile
HR Advisor Requirements:
- Previous experience within the industrial industry
- Previous experience with complex ER cases
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong organizationalorganizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- CIPDCIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
