As the HR Systems Advisor, you will support the HR team with the implementation of a new system, analyse the best way to use the system and make relevant improvements where necessary.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support with the implementation of the HR system.
- Analyse the best way to utilise the HR system and advise on improvements.
- Support with integrating the system with the wider business and other functions.
- Lead on data reporting, ensuring efficient processes are put in place to allow data reporting.
- Provide technical support and training to HR team members.
We are looking for:
- Excellent hands on experience managing HR System implementation projects.
- Proven experience running regular HR Data reports.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
